Mastering the Technology of Participation® - A NEW CSF Offering, Fall of 2007 (Fully Subscribed)
We are pleased to announce that the CSF Partners are bringing the 4 session MToP to the SF Bay Area starting in the Fall of 2007. Each session is 3 full days. We will accept ONLY 16 participants. All of the CSF Partners will be participants in MToP so will join you as a cohort group of learners. Senior ICA practioners from accross the country will be our faculty.
Since many of you are working with organizational budgetting in the next couple of months. If you are interested in this program we encourage you to seriously consider participating in it. The cost is $4,000. for the 12 days of the program, opportunities to participate in local facilitation with CSF Partners, and monthly coaching sessions offered locally.

The Focused Conversation Methodis a highly flexible method that provides a structure for clear communication and group reflection. The Consensus Workshop Method integrates diverse ideas, generates practical and creative solutions and maximizes teamwork and consensus, all with minimal time and maximum output. Power of Image Shift: Creative Design for Facilitation and Training
One of ICA's greatest contributions to the field of organizational change is work related to shifting images. Images or 'mental models' that we hold are the basis for choosing actions and making decisions as individual and organizations.
